Stupid mistake on my part but i just noticed on a 2 piece shipment i accidentally used the 1 of 2 ups shipping labels on both boxes. Find the item youd like to void the shipping label for then from the actions column select more actions and then select void. They accidentally shipped the same item twice and used the same label.
